Motion
In the 1950s Gary Winogrand published an untitled photograph of a man froze in motion. The motion in the photograph is at a stand still which makes the picture so unique, Gary was able to caputure a man that looks as if he has jumped off a buliding or something high in the air and caputure him upside down and in an awkard postion. The photograph is in black and white, which adds dramatic affect and allows the main focus to be mainb focus of the photograph. Unlike my work, my subject was boring and safe, Gary was able to caputure a daring stunt in motion which makes the photograph so cool.
